Stratford Pop Warner Refund Policy

If a child drops from the SPW program on or prior to July 31 of the current year, the parent will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

If a child drops from the SPW program anytime between August 1st and August 9th the parent will receive a refund of the registration fee minus a $60.00 administrative fee.

If a child drops from the SPW program anytime after August 10th NO Refund will be provided. Refunds will only be provided in this case if accompanied by a doctor’s note stating that child is not physically capable of participating in SPW for the season and those notes will only be honored until August 16th. Again, this refund would be minus a $60.00 administrative fee.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER AUGUST 16th FOR ANY REASON.
